It is easy to convert wood plans to our light gauge steel system. If the floor plan you are interested in is different than one of our standard selections, we can still provide you with a quality framing package at a very competitive price.

How to order your framing package:

1. Send your floor plan to Hexaport via fax/e-mail/post.*  (2-5 days**)

2. Receive "Receipt of Floor Plan".  (1-2 days)

3. Receive a firm quote for steel framing package (including Material List).  (10 days)

4. Send in your 25% deposit to order plans and framing package.  (2 days)

5. Receive "Receipt of Deposit".  (1-2 days)

6. Receive floor plans (and any other plans***with prior arrangements) - Hexaport Standard Floor Plans or Custom Floor Plans:  (1-2 weeks)

7. Review and confirm plans. Make final payment arrangements with Hexaport. Payment is just prior to delivery or C.O.D.  (2-5 days)

8. Receive "Confirmation of Order".  (1-2 days)

9. Receive steel framing package and final plans (once order is placed)***.  (2-5 weeks)

Time Frame - from sending in initial floor plan to receiving the steel framing package****:  

Hexaport Standard Floor Plan:  (4-5 weeks)

Custom Floor Plan  (6-8 weeks)

* Customer determines correspondence mode ( ie., fax, e-mail, postal carrier).

** All days refer to business days only.

*** Plans include Anchor Bolt Plan, Floor and Roof Framing Plans, Wall Framing Elevations and Details.

**** The above listed time frame in only an approximation and may vary due to both client and manufacturer delays. Any changes/revisions in floor plans will increase the time frame.
